You really don't need much balance in your handstand for the Forearm To Handstand transition because you're not going to be holding the handstand for long if you're doing continuous ones. I'm sure you can do a handstand for at least a second. That's basically all you need. Because you're gonna push up into a handstand and then drop back onto your forearm and then pop back up into a handstand. All you really need to know how to do is lock your back in place and shift your body weight to stay balanced.
