it comes from your start off momentum and once your on your hands, you use your legs, hips, and arm to generate momentum at the same time.

yo dude everything looks pretty good with your setup except a few things::

Okay once you set up everything is fine.
Right when you put your other hand is where the problem is though. I see what your doing is trying to throw the 90' right when your right hand goes down which isnt a problem, if you know how to do that. Haha.

Basically control your 90's setup and go into a 2H handstand first and hold it. Once your used to that, do the setup, go into a handstand take your left hand off and spin. In order to actually spin in the balance so you dont fall as easily you needa be in a full handstand. If you need any questions or a 90' video that works just hit me!
