Tornado kick took care of my hip looks like I pulled a muslce.Sweet drops on beat took care of my wrist.I have a nasty habit of doing double drops,I'll do one sweet drop, corckscrew back up and then suddenly drop again, and thats pretty high speed impact on my left wrist :S.It looks really neat tho :P.
But its all good I gotta use my time to revise for my exams cause when I can bboy I do, so revision is out lol.
How many hours a day do you practise?
And one thing how do you start windmills :P?(if you got em or are trying to) I go from an unstabbed baby, with my hips high up legs apart, kick and crash xD.

I gotta take a break now so I'm not working on any new moves.I fucked my left wrist badly as well as my hip lol.
But I didnt get many moves down mostly basics,toprock, 6 step both ways,CC's,Helicopters,some pretty sweet drops. Have a good baby freeze I worked on changing leg positions fast and on beat.Almost got 2 handed airbabys on with left and right,chair freeze and backspin.And I was working on mills which were giving me a lot of trouble lol.
