hey can you describe one of the sickest hardest battles you've been in?

Say, you ever thought about doing a simple guide for pikes/flag freezes, those one hand-type freezes which are rotating you 90 degrees, compared to going 180 degrees like airfreezes/handstands? I can't seem to find a decent guide for those.
